Policies   Our Return/ Exchange Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gift from Spoiled Rotten Baby, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges must be in new, unused, unwashed condition and must include all packaging. Any returns or exchanges without packaging will incur a $12.00 re-packaging fee. Additionally, if you prefer a refund to your credit card or Paypal account rather than a store credit, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed. Shipping costs related to the return back to the store are the customer’s responsibility. Of course, we will gladly pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please call our customer service department, or e-mail us at returns@mysrbb.com to receive a return authorization number.     Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions Gift certificates must be redeemed at www.myspoiledrottenbaby.com or www.mysrbb.com, towards the purchase of eligible products* displayed on the web site. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates, and are not transferable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. Gift certificates are not valid for prior purchases and cannot be combined. Returned items bought with gift certificates are not eligible for cash or credit refunds. Purchaser will be issued the refunded amount as a gift certificate. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with an acceptable form of payment at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Spoiled Rotten Baby will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and used to make purchases on the Spoiled Rotten Baby website. Gift certificates and their use on the Spoiled Rotten Baby website are subject to Spoiled Rotten Baby’s Privacy Notice and Return Policy except as stated in the Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions. Spoiled Rotten Baby gift certificates are issued in the State of Washington, and the laws of the State of Washington govern their terms and conditions. *Eligible products are considered to be any of Spoiled Rotten Baby’s gift sets and do not include purchase of ‘a la carte items; unless the ‘a la carte item is an addition to a pre-packaged gift set.     Privacy Statement Spoiled Rotten Baby is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities.
